1. Lead and manage continuous improvement projects within the Engineering & Manufacturing department.
2. Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
3. Provide strategic oversight for the operational activities of the department.
4. Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
5. Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment with company objectives.
6. Monitor and evaluate operational performance metrics.
7. Drive the development of a high-performance team.

Perfil buscado

A successful candidate should have:

1. A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years in similar roles.
3. Critical experience in a manufacturing company.
4. Management of quality management systems.
5. Experience in leadership positions.
