Job Title: On Site Verifications Specialist (Customer Support) - Sao Paulo/Brazil

Location: Sao Paulo - On Site

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: R4,083 per month (gross)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm or 8:00am - 4:30pm Local Time

Job Overview:

By supporting a vast range of identity documents from nearly every country and territory, they empower businesses and individuals to build a safer and more secure online world.

You don’t need to know about identity verification or identification document checking before you join their company - they’ll teach you all about it. You do, however, have to have an interest in what the company can help people achieve: making their online lives and interactions much more convenient and safer. They expect you to have a good eye for detail and a logical mind, as this will help you spot problems easier. If this sounds like you, we can't wait to have you join our client's Verification Team in São Paulo as a Verification Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Verifying people's identities and government issued identification documents in a matter of seconds
• Organizing and improving our internal and external documentation for the best self-service solutions
• Working closely with teams across the company to improve our products
• Identifying issues and implementing processes to help scale our operations

Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:

• Fluent English (B2).
• Ability to balance speed and accuracy in making decisions.
• Motivation to find solutions and you don't give up in the face of a challenge.
• The ability to concentrate and have a keen eye for detail.
• A teamwork mindset.
• Flexibility with working hours, as our shifts will be morning, day or night.
• The legal right to work in Brazil.
• You're based in São Paulo or nearby areas.

Note: Due to the demands and hours of this role, we are not able to consider full-time students. Once you’ve completed your studies we’d love to hear from you but until then we want you to be able to fully focus on achieving the best grades you can!
