Spanish55 is looking for a bold and determined individual to join our Admissions Team as a New Student Advisor. In this 100% remote (work-from-home) role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective students, helping them take the first step in their Spanish-learning journey. Your ability to connect, engage, and guide will be key to your success. You’ll be part of a fast-growing, results-driven team that thrives in a dynamic and supportive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Engage and connect with prospective students as their first point of contact.
• Build and deliver compelling pitches to close deals with potential customers.
• Follow up on leads via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Use our CRM system to track leads, manage activities, and enhance sales performance.

What We’re Looking For

• Native-level Spanish speaker with advanced English fluency.
• Highly self-motivated with a strong drive for success.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills—both written and verbal.
• A natural ability to persuade and spark interest in others.
• Resilience and determination—you see every “no” as an opportunity to grow.
• Confidence, conviction, and charm when speaking with potential students.
• Comfortable making outbound calls to introduce and pitch our Spanish coaching services.

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday-Friday: 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm Pacific / 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm Central (Mexico)
• Saturday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Pacific / 10:00 am - 6:00 pm Central (Mexico)
• MX$10,000 per month
