Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in consultative sales in advertising, business development, or IT.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in building a pipeline from scratch through strategic and tactical focus and execution.
  • Experience working in the tech or advertising industry or product area.
  • Understanding of the online advertising industry.
  • Knowledge of the local market with insights in both digital and traditional media.
  • Ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions for all clients.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the whole business cycle as an experienced sales professional for the new business acquisition from early stages to closing the customers and managing the relationship for another 6 months after closure to ensure the customer satisfaction, performance and up-sell opportunities.
  • Prospect and build a robust pipeline of new business by proactively identifying and initiating relationships with new clients, working in partnership with Sales Development, Onboarding, Agency and Marketing teams.
  • Acquire high touch, high value business agreements through outbound prospecting, cold calling, consulting, educating, pitching, closing, and relationship management.
  • Deliver consistently against strategic goals, while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding experience to Google's advertisers within Spanish Speaking Latin America (SPLA).
