Job Title: Full-Time (Starting with Part-Time) Outreach Manager for the Internal Virtual Latinos Team.

Pay Rate:

Full-Time Rate (post-training): $1733 - $2080

*The monthly salary range posted is stipulated as an average monthly income. However, all jobs at Virtual Latinos are hourly-based, and payments are calculated on the number of hours a person works daily. We pay our Virtual Professionals every 2 weeks through third-party platforms. The hourly rate range of the position is $10-$12 per hour, depending on experience. Once a rate has been offered to you, it is non-negotiable.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9-hour shift with a 1-hour lunch break. The entire shift should fall between 7 am- 5 pm PST, preferred.

Job Summary:

Virtual Latinos is looking for an Outreach Manager to join our Growth Marketing Team. If you are passionate about LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, and Virtual Assistant (VA) recruitment, this role is for you.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute LinkedIn outreach strategies aimed at attracting Virtual Assistants (VAs) and B2B leads while optimizing engagement through LinkedIn Job Slots, Sales Navigator, and automation tools. Additionally, you will create and implement Cold and Warm Email Marketing campaigns to nurture a specific target audience.

This role requires a strategic approach to expanding Virtual Latinos’ reach, optimizing prospect engagement, and ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates and business leads. As the team leader of two Outreach Specialists, you will oversee outreach operations, track performance metrics, and continuously refine strategies for maximum impact.

Job Tasks:

  • Develop and execute a LinkedIn outreach strategy to attract and recruit Virtual Assistants (VAs) using LinkedIn Job Slots.
  • Create and manage LinkedIn job postings for VA recruitment, optimizing descriptions and visibility.
  • Research and build targeted prospect lists for outreach efforts via email and LinkedIn.
  • Personalize outreach messaging for potential clients and Virtual Assistants to enhance engagement.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and automation tools to expand Virtual Latinos’ outreach efforts.
  • Manage and optimize cold email outreach campaigns, including follow-up sequences and personalization strategies.
  • Maintain and organize contact lists for outreach efforts, ensuring the accuracy of prospect data.
  • Monitor and report on LinkedIn and email outreach performance, optimizing based on engagement and response rates.
  • Collaborate with the Application and Recruitment teams to align outreach campaigns with hiring and client acquisition strategies.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with potential clients and Virtual Assistants through automated and manual outreach efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all outreach campaigns aimed at both Virtual Assistants and prospective clients.
  • Optimize LinkedIn job postings and recruitment outreach to attract high-quality VA candidates.
  • Develop outreach messaging sequences that effectively engage and convert potential clients.
  • Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and automation tools to identify and contact key business prospects.
  • Coordinate with the Sales, Recruitment, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on outreach goals.
  • Monitor the performance of outreach strategies, adjusting based on lead engagement and response rates.
  • Maintain and update prospect databases to support lead generation and pipeline growth.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Email Marketing Strategist or having been involved in teams where Email Marketing was the core.
  • 2+ years of experience using Hubspot.
  • 1+ years of experience using LinkedIn.
  • Solutions-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective time management skills, including multitasking and prioritization.

Preferred Skills (Not required):

  • Ideally, experience using Project Management Software (We use Infinity).

Previous experience managing a small team or outreach specialists.
