NetSuite Tech Lead at BairesDev

We are looking for a NetSuite Tech Lead to join our team and guide the technical implementation of complex NetSuite ERP projects. You will oversee the entire development process, working closely with stakeholders to deliver highly scalable and efficient solutions while mentoring a talented team of engineers.

What You’ll Do:

1. Lead the architecture, design, and development of NetSuite ERP solutions.
2. Manage a team of NetSuite engineers, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define solutions, balancing business needs and technical feasibility.
4. Provide leadership in NetSuite implementations, customizations, and integrations with third-party applications.
5. Identify risks and lead mitigation efforts, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

What We’re Looking For:

1. 7+ years of experience with NetSuite.
2. Proficient in Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient project delivery and team collaboration.
3. Strong experience in application security best practices and IT infrastructure.
4. Proven track record in leading large-scale NetSuite implementations.
5. Advanced level of English.
