Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering. 4 years of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

Position Purpose:

Provides the necessary support to ensure manufacturing process flow in compliance with engineering requirements and quality standards, seeking continuous improvement of manufacturing processes in accordance with the goals and/or objectives of the SBU. Support Projects.

Job Description:

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

1. Support on the CNC development programs for the new products of 2 and 3 axes.
2. Implementation of CNC projects; analysis and plans conceptualization.
3. Support other departments.
4. RCCA Analysis.
5. Internal and external quality problems solution.
6. Create TMO's.
7. Support the robust FA system.
8. Select technology tools; create tooling 3D models.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:

1. Experience in manufacturing processes, considering geometric tolerances and fabrication processes.
2. Knowledge in forming and drilling tools.
3. CNC Programming.
4. Part Design & Generative Shape Design Platforms in CATIA V5.
5. Experience in drawings interpretation, corrective actions, MS Office.
6. English 80%.
7. Available to travel.
8. US Visa.
