Multimedia (Digital & POS) Content Artist in Mexico City

Are you passionate about crafting compelling designs that captivate and inspire? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where creativity and attention to detail make a real impact? Join our team as a Multimedia (Digital & POS) Content Artist and help shape the visual identity of PepsiCo’s iconic brands.

This role focuses on developing innovative design concepts, creating production-ready assets, and supporting the creative adaptation of existing materials across digital and retail touchpoints. As a design specialist, you’ll bring your expertise in retail print, digital materials, and motion graphics to life, contributing to campaigns that resonate with customers and consumers alike.

The Opportunity
In this role, you will:

• Conceptualize Visual Ideas: Develop creative visual concepts aligned with communication objectives.
• Design Impactful Materials: Create fresh, innovative POS (Point of Sale), OOH (Out of Home), and multimedia graphics that adhere to brand standards, supporting distribution channels, social media, and marketing initiatives.
• Adapt Existing Assets: Customize and optimize digital toolkits, key visuals, and social media posts to meet evolving business needs.
• Craft from Scratch: Design POS materials and key visuals with originality and precision when needed.
• Ensure Brand Consistency: Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all designs align with established guidelines.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Participate in brainstorming sessions, ideate for consumer programs, and develop long-term campaigns, sizzle videos, and 3D content.
• Stay Organized & Agile: Handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt quickly to shifting trends and last-minute requests.
• Learn & Grow: Embrace new tools and techniques with a strong sense of urgency and a high aptitude for learning.

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, graphic design, multimedia design, visual arts, or a related field.

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in creative roles within agencies or in-house teams, focusing on CPG brands, graphic design, 3D, packaging, or POS.
• Experience at Motion Graphics, Video Editing and 3D Modeling (Blender) is a must.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D software, and web-based design tools.
• A standout portfolio showcasing a range of digital, packaging, and POS work.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.

• Exceptional design and motion graphic skills, with the ability to create from scratch and adapt existing assets.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Collaborative mindset with experience influencing creative decision-making.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
