Job Summary:
Allergan Aesthetics Mexico is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Multichannel Manager to join our Marketing team. This critical role is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing innovative multichannel marketing strategies that drive brand growth and customer engagement across both digital and traditional platforms. The Senior Multichannel Manager will act as a key leader in the integration of our brand strategy, providing expertise across multiple channels to enhance customer and consumer experiences while ensuring alignment with Allergan’s broader global and regional objectives.
This individual will bring deep expertise in digital marketing, multichannel communication, and the pharmaceutical industry, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver exceptional brand experiences. The role demands a self-driven, strategic thinker capable of navigating a complex ecosystem to achieve tangible business results.

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
A Master’s degree and related digital marketing specialized studies is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a digital marketing or multichannel marketing role.
Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and channel strategy (experience with CRM platforms like Veeva, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Adobe Campaign is a must).
Experience working with medical aesthetics, dermatology, or beauty brands is highly desirable.
Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering complex initiatives on time, within budget and self-driven attitude.
Skills:
Deep understanding of multichannel marketing strategies and tactics across digital platforms (social media, websites, email marketing, webinars, etc.).
Experience in leveraging data and technology to optimize campaigns and customer experiences.
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex digital and marketing strategies into actionable business plans.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and lead cross-functional teams.
Experience working with global and regional teams, adapting global strategies to local market needs.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to innovate and think outside the box.
Languages:
Fluent in Spanish and advanced level of English (both, written and spoken).
