We're looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to help us solve the toughest problems in our global fintech. Someone to roll up their sleeves and dive into every area of our business to help millions of customers worldwide.

What you’ll be doing

• Building and optimising scalable processes to continue Revolut's hyper-growth
• Working closely with Finance, Accounting, and Product teams to ensure robust reconciliation controls are in place to support Revolut’s expansion in Mexico
• Maintaining oversight of upcoming and overdue breaks, working with relevant teams to close them
• Performing root-cause analysis, optimising reconciliation where possible, and triaging problems requiring escalation to the Product team
• Working closely with Product to identify trends causing breaks, and building long-term solutions for them
• Investigating and implementing opportunities for automation or process improvement
• Performing reconciliation testing of integration changes and new product releases

What you'll need

• 2–6 years of experience in reconciliation operations or a similar role in financial services
• Experience in a fast-paced environment
• A solid understanding of SQL
• A STEM degree from a top university
• The ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution
