Main Activities

1. Preparation of quotes for various clients.
2. Review and presentation of profit margins of orders.
3. Preparation of proposals for technical and economic tenders (national and international).
4. Entry of orders in the system, as well as the necessary preparation for the execution of activities in other departments.
5. Product and/or department presentations.
6. Analysis of prices and competitors.
7. Follow-up of payments for orders internally and with clients.
8. Follow-up of order status in the system.
9. Quotation, entry and follow-up of RMA and WRMA orders in the system.
10. Read and interpretation of NOMS and specifications national and international (IEEE/ANSI/IEC/CFE).
11. Direct communication with external sales staff to follow up on quotes.
12. Attention to internal and external audits.

Requirements

1. Education: Electrical, electromechanical, mechanical, electronic, mechatronic, industrial engineer.
2. Experience: At least 3 years in similar positions or jobs.
3. Knowledge of electricity: Low and medium voltage electrical equipment (high voltage desirable).
4. Experience in presenting quotes and profit margins.
5. Experience in SGI audits: 9001 essential, 14000 and 45000 desirable.
6. Experience in management systems.
7. Conversational English.
8. Experience in ERP: Oracle is a plus.
9. Experience in CRM: Sales Force is a plus.
