What will you do?
- Complete Medical Consultation for the Chronic Control program and adjustment in their treatment to guarantee control of the condition.
- Complete Medical Consultation for the Maternal Health program to guarantee optimal pregnancy development and the health of the baby in the first days of life.
- Assess the patient's condition to determine if they have a biological profile to perform high-risk activities.
- Provide medical attention and orientation to all company employees and external workers.
- Give immediate emergency medical attention when applicable.
- Carry out the ergonomic evaluations requested by the ergonomic program.
- Execute corrective actions in the aspects of Occupational Hygiene.
- Schedule and coordinate periodic medical exams based on job exposures and creating a specific test for each position.
- Assess admission medical exams to determine admission biological profiles.
- Evaluate temporary worker medical conditions to provide restricted work and bring physiotherapy and rehabilitation when applicable.
- Evaluate effects on the health of workers in the face of chemical exposure, including pregnancy and lactation.
- Coordination of production lines for massive health campaigns, primarily vaccination.
What will you need to succeed?
- Degree in medicine.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Desirable master’s degree in Occupational Health.
- Training courses on areas related to Human Health, Ergonomics, BLS&ACLS, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, Food Safety, Nutrition, Chronic Degenerative control, Pregnancy and Motherhood control, STPS and SSA NOMs.
- Intermediate English.
- MS Office.
