Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL)

Deliver updated scientific information to a broader group of healthcare professionals.
Provide essential medical and technical information linked to fields such as biology, pharmacoeconomic data, and pharmacology through personal contact with key physicians.
Engage in cross-functional interactions with different members of the Business Unit to support the strategic direction of a product.
Provide scientific information to HCPs about Pfizer drugs to increase knowledge about disease, diagnosis, drug efficacy, safety, and correct use.
Stay updated on the latest medical/scientific information regarding the therapeutic area.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with KOLs and academic centers.
Develop rising stars and opinion leaders to become KOLs, clinical investigators, and/or speakers.
Prepare scientific information and materials for discussions with HCPs with the Medical Manager's support.
Coordinate medical events to disseminate scientific information.
Participate in medical educational programs and disseminate technical information about the product and disease concepts.
Collaborate with the Medical Manager to identify opportunities for developing treatment algorithms and guidelines.
Assist in the implementation of local protocol development and administration for proposals.
Provide information to local experts for their presentations.
Support ongoing training for the field sales force and others.
Serve as a local medical scientific resource for product information communication.
Attend scientific meetings and review scientific journals.
Comply with all Pfizer policies, including FCPA, GPIHP, and PIGO policies.
Provide reports and metrics supporting results aligned with medical objectives.
Offer administrative support in ISRs if required by the manager.

Medical degree, preferably with a specialty in Internal Medicine and/or research or molecular biology training.
Previous experience as a Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) in the pharmaceutical industry, mainly in contact with medical societies.
