THE ROLE

We are seeking a bold and connected Head of PR & Influencer Marketing to lead our communications and talent relations efforts across Mexico and the U.S. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of culture, media, and influence—someone who not only understands who to talk to, but how to shape a story that gets people listening.

You’ll be responsible for building integrated strategies that elevate brand narratives through traditional press, editorial partnerships, influencer campaigns, and celebrity alignments. You bring a strong point of view, an enviable contact list, and a passion for results.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and develop media relations strategies to ensure impactful visibility across top-tier national and international outlets.
  • Maintain and grow strong relationships with editors, journalists, producers, and media gatekeepers in Mexico and the U.S.
  • Oversee all influencer and talent activations, from campaign development to execution and reporting.
  • Own a robust and current database of key media contacts, KOLs, influencers, and celebrities.
  • Craft compelling press releases, media kits, editorial stories, and strategic messaging frameworks.
  • Monitor media coverage and campaign performance to extract meaningful insights and continuously refine strategy.
  • Serve as the main spokesperson and point of contact for media inquiries, interviews, and brand storytelling opportunities.
  • Partner with internal creative and strategy teams to align PR efforts with brand identity, tone, and long-term positioning.
  • Lead PR moments across experiential activations, pop-ups, launches, and high-impact cultural happenings.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, cultural conversations, and platform shifts to ensure our brands remain relevant and resonant.

ABOUT YOU

  • 5+ years of experience in media strategy, PR, influencer marketing, or editorial communications.
  • Deep understanding of both traditional and digital media ecosystems.
  • Strong network of contacts across lifestyle, luxury, fashion, hospitality, spirits, and cultural platforms.
  • Experience executing binational campaigns (Mexico and U.S.) with fluency in both markets.
  • Visionary yet operational—you can craft the idea and deliver it with excellence.
  • A gifted storyteller with strong copywriting and message development skills.
  • Strategic, creative, and culturally intuitive.
  • Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Discreet, organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Confident in client-facing roles and capable of representing the agency publicly and professionally.
