Marketing Specialist
The Marketing Specialist is an essential member of the Digital organization who will help to support our digital supplier partner offerings. This role will be a KEY contributor in streamlining, analyzing, and optimizing all our digital marketing offerings to supplier partners through our e-commerce (Digital Branch) site and various outbound digital marketing channels. Reporting directly to the Digital Campaign Supervisor, this successful individual will focus on streamlining and analyzing supplier's digital marketing efforts across ADI.
This individual will work closely with the design team, content team, demand generation team, digital merchandising, category management, Marcom, and suppliers to bring offerings from idea to execution. To be successful in this role an individual must see the department as a revenue-generating arm of the company and constantly look to improve ROI through project management and analyzing marketing performance.
JOB DUTIES:
- Assist with managing digital marketing activities for supplier partners within their budgetary guidelines and deadlines. This includes managing digital ad space calendars for supplier funded spots.
- Keep track of upcoming marketing dates within supplier marketing plans.
- Work to manage brand landing page process from idea to execution, including management of timeline and analytics post-launch.
- Maintain positive and productive relationships with category management and suppliers.
- Support global supplier partner co-op to achieve revenue goals.
- Evaluate the digital marketing performance of supplier's partners and recommend improvements.
- Work with various teams, including development, to drive digital marketing offerings for supplier partners to take advantage of through digital outbound marketing and e-commerce site.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Strong project management skills - ability to handle projects independently, prioritize tasks appropriately, and supervise them through completion.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate data into action (Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint / Google Analytics knowledge).
- Ability to establish trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders utilizing strong communication skills.
- Advanced English, both spoken and written.
