We are looking for a Marketing Solutions Lead Immunology who has the ability to define strategies that encompass all stakeholders involved to achieve an increase in budget control, sales and patient acquisition and retention. Based in CDMX.
About the role
Lead the development of the integrated marketing strategies and tailored solution within Immunology therapeutic indication, to create a seamless multi-dimensional brand experience to achieve the KPIs defined and guarantee the appropriate product position in the short, medium and long term.
What you’ll do
Cultivate increased collaboration among internal teams to align them toward generating value together.
Give precedence to requests from Customer Facing to connect with the Strategy.
Collaborate in the implementation of Intercontinental initiatives in Mexico.
Enhance the efficiency of patient care by ensuring that both internal and external teams are committed to creating value for patients.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and outline backup plans.
Examine and evaluate the brand, market, and competitors through diagnosis and analysis.
Grasp the requirements of customers, refine market segments, and adjust targeting strategies accordingly.
Identify area market information and opportunity through customer interactions.
Execute local marketing activities as well as initiated regional marketing activities.
Monitor product performance and external environment using appropriate tools and taking corrective action if necessary to meet business objectives.
Drive an Integrated Brand and Launch Team, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and effective communication across teams to deliver high-impact solutions aligned with strategic priorities.
Ensure outstanding launch preparation and execution.
Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills
Education: Bachelor's Degree communication, administration, international relations, or similar. At least 2-3 years of experience as Senior Product Manager in Pharmaceutical Industry.
Advanced English.
Pharmaceutical regulations.
Immunology therapeutic areas desirable.
Preferred previous experience as Sales Representative.
Market expertise in health systems (large medical groups and integrated delivery networks) and accountable care organizations.
Market knowledge in Private and Public Sector, as well as with IMS, ATV, DDD; formulary process inclusion to IMSS, ISSSTE, Seguro Popular, PEMEX, SEDENA, etc. (OPD´s).
