Tu nuevo cargo

The holder of this position is a key member of the local management team and plays a major role in the overall management of Mexico. In this context he/she is especially responsible for the:

  1. Drive local design, development and delivery of the marketing strategy in order to strengthen a holistic product and service portfolio.
  2. Support and collaboration with Sales & Services as an enabler regarding therapy and service strategies.
  3. The best positioning of FMC’s products/services in the market through communication, congresses & events, marketing, enablement, therapy and solution management.
  4. Interface management between core business areas and upcoming acceleration areas and close collaboration with Sales & Services to enable the promotion of the current and future portfolio.

  1. Communicate the actions needed to implement the function's strategy and business plan within the team; explain the relationship to the broader organization's mission, vision and values; motivate people to commit to these and to doing extraordinary things to achieve local business goals.
  2. Plan and manage the delivery of strategic initiatives and projects within an area of professional expertise, using an appropriate project management methodology to give assurance that intended outcomes are achieved.
  3. Evaluate the capabilities of Marketing staff to identify gaps and prioritize functional development activities. Implement the organization's formal development frameworks within the area of responsibility. Coach and mentor others to support the development of the organization's talent pool.
  4. Prioritize and help leaders address the most critical gaps in providing a meaningful customer experience; lead the development of road map to address root causes and redesign journeys.
  5. Develop functional or operational policies and help develop policy frameworks for area of responsibility or department. Take responsibility for creating underlying procedures and monitoring their implementation.
  6. Manage and report on the performance of a substantial, diverse team; set appropriate performance objectives for direct reports or project/account team members and hold them accountable for achieving these; take appropriate corrective action where necessary to ensure the achievement of team/personal objectives.
  7. Develop and/or deliver budget plans.
  8. Develop internal marketing plans and work collaboratively with other departments to improve internal relationships and build strong external customer relationships.
  9. Develop and/or deliver a local operational marketing plan for significant aspects of a product, service or marketing area under guidance from senior colleagues (e.g. Regional Marketing Lead). Orchestrates local strategic marketing activities such as segmentation, competitor analysis and stakeholder engagement.
  10. Build and optimize important relationships and interactions with external and internal stakeholders, including key decision makers, regulators, public organizations, governmental institutions, insurance companies, providers, professional communities, and customer/client/patient groups. Work with guidance from regional colleagues.
