Marketing, CRM & Digitalization Supervisor.

As a Marketing, CRM & Digitalization Supervisor you will be responsible for defining continuous development, expansion and improvement of the Customer Journey strategy for BMW Financial Services. Also develop the Marketing planning, generate and manage leads, execution of marketing communication, conduct marketing performance measurement for MX.

Responsibilities.

  • Responsible for strategic initiatives to define and implement digitalization.
  • Lead loyalty customer and marketing strategies for BMW FS.
  • Event Management & trainings coordination for Mexico Dealerships.
  • Propose innovative solutions to ensure BMW Group Financial Services product offering and customer experience meets constantly changing expectations.
  • Responsible for the improvement of the quality and efficiency of local marketing efforts by set-up of marketing guidelines, brand management rules & communication framework, which are aligned with HQ guidelines.

Qualifications and experience.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Areas or related.
  • +3 years of professional experience in Marketing, CRM and events organization.
  • +2 years of experience in banking or financial services industry.
  • +3 years of knowledge in Digital Marketing, ATL and BTL.
  • +3 years of experience in Automotive industry.
  • Customer service skills (active listening).
  • Fluent in english and spanish language.
