Marketing and Customer Relations Internships in Sevilla, Spain

Our collaborator is working among employment, accommodation, sociality and information. Their website includes an internship system which allows international students to apply for an internship or job in the European Union. The company is making the lives of international students easier by helping with the accommodation booking system and integration process. They are also developing guides to provide first-hand information to international students before going abroad.

CUSTOMER RELATIONS

Tasks:

1. Liaise with internal and external customers
2. Obtain and evaluate relevant information
3. Build a strong relationship internationally
4. Identify common threads of problems
5. Provide feedback on the efficiency of current processes

Requirements:

1. Experience within a customer services role within publishing
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
4. Strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills
5. Ability to work under pressure
6. A genuine passion to deliver excellent customer service
7. Native level in one of these languages: English, German or French (a high level of English is also required for German and French candidates)

SEO

Tasks:

1. Search Engine Optimization
2. Inbound marketing
3. Back linking

Requirements:

1. Internship agreement with a university
2. Advanced level of English
3. Other languages are a plus
4. Previous knowledge of Social Media networks and SEO concepts
5. Some previous experience as a blogger and in WordPress would be a high plus
6. Good writing skills
7. Good communication skills
8. Motivated individual
9. Native level in one of these languages: English, German or French (a high level of English is also required for German and French candidates)

MARKETING

Tasks:

1. Developing our accommodation network nationally and internationally
2. Following up customer relations and sales through the booking process
3. Establishing new partnerships and co-operations all over Europe

Requirements:

1. Experience from business/communication
2. Experience from customer service
3. Native level in one of these languages: English, German or French (a high level of English is also required for German and French candidates)
4. Proactive person

Benefits: 150€/month as salary
