What do you get to do in this position?

1. Administrar los recursos humanos y materiales con 70-80 personas sindicalizada a su cargo, manteniéndolos seguros y sosteniendo 5 Ss.
2. Llevar a cabo los proyectos de mejora de líneas de producción (a través de análisis causa raíz, mejora de procesos con herramientas Lean manufacturing, productividad, ergonomía, aplicación de SPS y SIM) y coordinar a empleados de áreas diversas.
3. Entrenar a personal sindicalizado de ingreso y promover flexibilidad y rotación.
4. Administrar la nómina del personal a cargo.

This job might be for you if:

1. Bachelor’s degree in a field of Engineering, IE, ME, EE.
2. Relevant experience preferred 1-2 years.
3. We need you to have skills like: teamwork, leadership, work under pressure, analyze and solve complex troubles, good communication abilities.
4. Fluent skills in English are required.
5. Other desired skills: Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing, data analysis and digitization.
