Job Description

The project leader and process optimization will play a key role in the success of the project, managing and leading task force, new launches and special projects.

1. Lead and execute a project
2. Define strategies based on the KPI's performance
3. Leverage synergies between departments (optimized synergies)
4. Maintain BMM standards, coach and train the associates
5. Lean thinking

Qualifications

1. Education: Engineering (Industrial, Mechanics, mechatronics)
2. +4 years of experience in Manufacturing (PGL Knowledge)
3. +2 years of experience in Projects, new launches (release new lines), Industrialization projects
4. English, able to maintain a conversation with customers.
5. Problem Solving techniques, Shainin as preference (preference Journeyman)
6. SAP knowledge (manufacturing, logistics, purchasing)
7. Knowledge in process optimization (able to read drawings, define process release, tooling definition)
8. Familiarized with BBM standard
9. Good understanding of OEE/ IDC
10. 85% to 90% Travel
11. + Plus Data analytics
