THE ROLE:

The Application Management Manager leads a team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goals. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, defining priorities, supervising the system development process, and actively participating in the analysis, design, and support of system solutions.

HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:

• Leads a team of developers, ensuring high-quality, reliable products & expected to code if needed.
• Escalates risks and resolves issues.
• Actively participates in analysis, design, implementation, and support activities.
• Leads design and architecture of technology solutions.
• Promotes software architecture best practices.
• Handles complex programming tasks.
• Ensures adherence to development methodology and standards.
• Develops documentation and clear code.
• Meets service level agreements for support.
• Provides technical guidance and mentoring.
• Supports decision-making and provides status reports.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:Manages 3 to 8 direct reports.

Job Qualifications

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED:

• Hands-on development experience with React/Angular as FE and C#/Java/Node.js as backend.
• Proficiency with AEM or APIGEE is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of web services (RESTful APIs, SOAP, HTML, XML, JSON).
• Experience with SQL or NoSQL technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience with agile methodologies and CICD tooling.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and manage team performance.
• Experience in application development and integration.
• Strong customer and results orientation.
• Excellent technical skills in web applications, APIs, microservices, and software architecture.
• Experience with change management tools and processes.
• Ability to identify system impact for initiatives.
• Experience with global implementations of complex applications.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4 years of experience with multi-national application implementations.
• Experience in project management.
• Experience with international or multi-level marketing business.
• Experience with cloud-based applications.
• Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent
