How will you make an impact in this role?
We are seeking a manager to join our Acquisition team.
This is a Sales leadership role, and, in this position, you will be responsible for managing: Internal Online & Leads Sales. You will ensure that the assistance provided within the online acquisition process will increase the drivers such as Productivity, Cost per Acquisition, efficiencies, and Sales Quality are accomplished as well.

Some of the responsibilities and scope in your role consider:

  • Develop and execute strategies for increasing sales effectiveness by creating the solution selling skills within the team.
  • Increase cross sale opportunities (Internal Acquisition) by leveraging smart targeting models and channel strategy to improve the results.
  • Channel Development in line with Sales & Quality Growth Strategy of the Business Unit.
  • Accountability for growing the Mexico Customer Relation through improving revenue coming from actual client base across online channels.
  • Inspiring and energize the team with a winning culture within each individual.
  • Leadership to promote collaborative work with the Digital Sales Team and the rest of the teams to influence completion rate successful.
  • Aggressively manage the team’s sales pipeline ensuring it’s robust and will meet the targets.

Qualifications

  • 5 years’ experience in Multichannel Sales such as Online, Digital operations, Cross Sale.
  • Structured methodology to acquisition process.
  • Ability to build and lead a high-performance sale team.
  • Pipeline sales management experience.
  • Strategic and analytical focus.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence internally and externally.
  • Ability to build and motivate a sales force and collaborate with a relationship management team.
  • Experience in developing and executing a successful sale strategy.
  • Capacity to build best in class sales team through continuous improvement in sales force effectiveness.
  • Strong leadership competencies.
  • Business University degree.
  • Project management.
  • Full Fluency in English.
