The Logistics Operations Manager ensures the continuous flow of materials from suppliers, within the factory and finished goods to our customers. These must be with high standards in terms of safety, accuracy and processes.

Your Role:

  1. Ensure that all operations are carried out in accordance with safety standards.
  2. Responsible for managing materials allocated in 3 warehouses (same plant).
  3. Lead the teams responsible for good receives, storage, internal supply, transportation/shipments, and cycle counts.
  4. Warehousing: Receiving goods at facility and doing inbound and outbound processes using SAP.
  5. Shipping: Assure finished goods are shipped according to the demand and meet corporate guidelines.
  6. Cycle counts: Through the definition of ABC parts and products and annual plan and its execution.
  7. Transportation: Review performance of carriers in inbound and outbound.
  8. Manage logistics KPIs, ensure that metrics are met and that effective countermeasures are implemented when failures or potential failures are identified.
  9. Ensure compliance with all national and international legislation for the safe transport of materials and accordance with customs requirements.
  10. Lead projects using new technologies for warehouses and management systems to increase operational efficiency.
  11. Work closely with Material Planning and Production teams to promote improvements on the daily activities.

Your Expertise:

  1. Proven experience in warehouse and inventory management.
  2. Advanced English.
  3. Experience in managing large teams.
  4. Deep knowledge in warehouse management in SAP.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while retaining strong attention to detail and decision-making.
  6. Great leadership and communication skills.
  7. Have critical sense and strategic thinking and be able to promote operational changes.
