The Logistics Manager is the first contact with the client on logistics issues for inquiries from local clients, as well as coordinating product delivery and transportation schedules with the client. Guarantee 100% reliability in delivery to the customer based on stock, supplier reliability, and reduction of logistics costs. Develop, manage and improve logistics concepts and processes and optimize logistics performance.

We are looking to hire a Logistics Manager to join the San Luis Potosí team.

What you can look forward to as Logistics Manager:

• Review customer production plans and establish cross-functional linkage to establish an equal level of information for all parties involved.
• Manage interfaces between supply base and material planners.
• Develop plans to improve delivery and supply performance, as well as all plant logistics processes, and implement improvement measures.
• Develop and implement an overall logistics plan to support production requirements in accordance with equipment, personnel, and space requirements, as well as to promote low cost, high inventory turnover and safe and efficient material flow.
• Implement and use the standards, policies and processes defined by the global/regional cross function.
• Develop an annual goal plan and report results periodically.

Your Profile as Logistics Manager:

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3 years of experience as a Logistics Manager, or more than 10 years of experience in the automotive sector (Supply Chain).
• Soft skills (Communication, teamwork, team management, conflict management, decision making).
• Fluent English (Advanced).
• Leadership skills.
