This role will report into the head of LMS and be focused on a customer book of work which exceeds 10m in revenue through the North American Region on both the project delivery side and live customer maintenance and support.
Responsibilities & Deliverables:
Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Delivery Governance of all North American customers in their onboarding phase
Key Escalation Point for LMS Customers in the North America Region (predominantly covering both Canada and North America)
Matrix Leadership and work prioritization of the Mexico Operations teams for LMS
Management of onshore consultancy and project management resources in North America for the LMS team.
End State Process Definition and Design (Project Delivery and Services)
Required Experience:
C Suite Engagement and Management (5+ Years)
Extensive Delivery Experience within the Financial Services Domain (10+ years)
Extensive Team Management Experience (10+ years)
Understand Complex Lending and Trade Financing Products
Deep experience in process definition and management
Exposure to ITIL framework and delivery of services within this context
Exposure to AGILE and WATERFALL delivery methodologies from an implementation experience
Exposure to Audit principles and controls
Exposure to Project Delivery and Service Delivery Tools such as JIRA, Service Now and Microsoft Project
