General Job Description:

Under general supervision, perform the following activities:

  1. Perform a variety of customer service and administrative In-House duties to support efficient clearance process; respond to customer needs regarding clearance paperwork, tracing of shipments, identification of problems, and resolution through available information or transfer to source; requires direct and indirect customer interface.
  2. Ensure customer information is properly documented and entered into the system on a timely basis.
  3. Type or otherwise prepare various operations and customer reports.
  4. Ensure all shipments are manifested; report any discrepancies to the responsible area.
  5. Audit all records and files as assigned to compile all necessary data.
  6. Handle customers with non-document packages in cage.
  7. Provide current package status updates and basic follow-up activity, monitor shipment movement, and interpret COSMOS global scan updates.
  8. May be required to perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum Education:
• High School Degree/Equivalent.
• Proficiency in English (450 TOEIC points).

Minimum Experience:
• Previous clerical or customer service experience in a service environment.

Minimum Required Skills:
• Average general office skills required including typing, filing, and computer programs.
• Good communication and human relations skills.
• Clear and articulate speaking voice.
• Clean cut and neat appearance.
• Ability to prioritize.
• Spoken and written fluency in English as well as local language.
• Ability to work various shifts.
