Descripción

• Manage and oversee commercial and corporate contracts.
• Negotiate and close agreements with new clients in Mexico.
• Coordinate legal and compliance matters with external law firms.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, including permits and licenses.
• Support labor-related matters in collaboration with the labor law firm.
• Act as a liaison between Mexico and legal teams in the U.S. and Belgium.
• Develop legal processes and strategies for operations in Mexico.
• Provide internal legal counsel on corporate and commercial law.

A successful Abogado Corporativo should have:

• Education: Law degree.
• Experience: Corporate and commercial law.
• Skills: Proactivity, autonomy, and negotiation abilities.
• Languages: Advanced English for communication with global teams.
• Key Knowledge: Contract drafting and review, corporate compliance, and Mexican regulations.
• Attitude: Positive energy, willingness to learn, and adaptability.
• Location: Availability to work 100% on-site in Huehuetoca.

Qué Ofrecemos
