The Sort Center Learning Coordinator works with operations managers, area managers, and production assistants to coordinate all associates onboarding activities for the site, cross training needs, refreshments, and leads new process implementations. #AmazonMexico
As a Learning Coordinator, you will be part of the operations mechanisms, such as pre-shift meetings, daily operational meetings, GEMBA Walks, audits, and training sessions. Learning Coordinators have learning trainers as direct reports and are responsible for their development and daily agendas. You will review trends and training needs with operation and support area managers as needed, schedule and review content of trainings, and prepare for peak events with ramp ups, while maintaining constant communication with PXT and Staffing for new hires onboarding.
As part of the ACES team, you will also lead on projects and new implementations.
The team has 2 important areas within. First, the Learning section, where depending on volume and headcount, a Learning Coordinator can oversee 1 or more sites. This position works closely with ACES process leaders, who manage continuous improvement and project timelines.
