Como parte del equipo de Finanzas, usted es la fuerza impulsora detrás de mantener el negocio funcionando sin problemas. Usted desempeña un papel crucial en el equilibrio de la salud financiera de nuestra organización con la toma de decisiones estratégicas y la planificación a largo plazo. The Leader Finance plant Monterrey supports business by managing financial operations, developing strategic financial plans, and ensuring the financial health of the organisation. This role involves a proactive approach in the development and maintenance of robust financial systems and fostering a culture of financial excellence.

This role is required to be onsite four times a week and will manage a team of five individuals.

1. Planning: Conduct annual planning of investments, costs, services and tariffs in alignment with corporate goals and developed measures.
2. Standard costs: Determine cost center rates and calculate standard costs per item, including reconciling standard cost developments from the current to the new financial year.
3. Forecasting: Prepare monthly forecasts for plant results, inventories and capital expenditure (CAPEX).
4. Financial closing: Ensure accurate execution of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for the plant.
5. Controlling and Accounting: Oversee controlling, accounting, time wage recording, REFA time studies and technical change management.
6. Variance Analysis: Create and process variance analyses to identify and address discrepancies.
7. Profitability Calculations: Prepare profitability calculations and make-or-buy analyses to support decision-making.
8. Project management: Manage project controlling for the investment portfolio, focusing on project evaluation, investment calculations, and ensuring compliance with approved budgets and milestones.
9. Inventory management: Organize and implement the annual inventory at the company and liaise with auditors.

Extensive experience in controlling, ideally in a managerial capacity. Proven track record in a leadership position with the ability to actively shape and drive the role. In-depth understanding of processes along the value chain and strong technical acumen. Comprehensive understanding in cost accounting, budgeting and financial planning. EPR proficiency, exceptional communication abilities, enabling effective partnership with business stakeholders. Strong analytical capabilities and a structural approach to problem-solving. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams.

Degree in Economics, Business Administration with a focus on controlling or an equivalent qualification. EPR systems proficiency, preferably SAP.
