About The Job.

Coordinate therapist services, assuring those services are delivered with ethics and effectiveness based on best practices. Responsibilities include training and supervision of therapist staff and support staff, as well as managing the paperwork for therapist processes. As a Lead Therapist, you will guarantee that all spa therapists perform services with the highest standards and procedures established by the company. You will oversee the service sequence established for therapists, ensure that equipment and supplies are in perfect condition, train therapists to increase productivity and product sales, and instruct them in FORBES and LQA standards. Additionally, you will promote a positive image among staff members and guests, follow up on therapist goals, oversee weekly inventory, schedule therapist shifts, and manage commission payments for therapists.

About You.

• Male/Female
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position
• Knowledge of computer software (Word, Excel, Opera, Spa Soft)
• Intermediate English proficiency
• Staffing guide management
• Leadership skills
• Dynamic personality
• Well organized
