The mission of the Inside Sales Revenue Development Specialist is to maximize all BU's revenue by establishing, building, and nurturing relationships with an assigned portfolio of Proximity Accounts. In addition to account ownership, they can be responsible for managing tasks related to Strategic and Targeted Accounts by delegation from outside sales services.

Experience and qualifications
Education: Bachelor/associate degree in Electrical Engineering
Experience: 2 years in IS/Marketing/Inside Sales Representative/Customer Care/Sales
Soft skills: sales-oriented, results-oriented, daring, passionate, team player, organized, resilient, clear & understandable voice, engaging & enthusiastic
Language skills: native speaker level for local context, English
Skills and Competency:
Experience using a Sales CRM (Salesforce), Schneider Electric and APC product knowledge, knowledge of energy management market, negotiation skills, marketing knowledge, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and build customer relationships, successfully complete assigned training paths and successfully engage in technical sales conversations.
