Lead Maintenance/Manufacturing Technician

As a Lead Maintenance/Manufacturing Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting both our maintenance and manufacturing operations. You will lead a team of technicians and provide technical expertise to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment, as well as support our production processes. Your leadership and technical skills will contribute to the efficiency and reliability of our operations. In this role, you will impact our maintenance and manufacturing operations by leading a team of technicians, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, supporting production processes, and ensuring the safety and functionality of our facilities and equipment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and implement best practices. Your attention to detail and ability to solve complex problems will be instrumental in maintaining the reliability and performance of our assets and supporting our production goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead a team of maintenance and manufacturing technicians and provide technical guidance and support
2. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities and equipment
3. Support production processes and troubleshoot issues to ensure the quality and efficiency of production
4. Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices in both maintenance and manufacturing
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize maintenance and manufacturing processes

YOU MUST HAVE

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Maintenance or Manufacturing Technician or a related role
2. Strong technical skills in both maintenance and manufacturing processes
3. Experience leading a team of technicians
4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
5. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
