Role Summary

We’re seeking a strategic, execution-focused, and data-driven Campaigns Manager to lead and orchestrate integrated marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline creation, acceleration, and revenue impact. You’ll be responsible for the localization and execution of global campaigns, local content, online event strategy (including webinars), email marketing nurture, and field marketing campaign execution—aligned with the LATAM Regional Marketing Plan and in tight collaboration with Sales.

This role plays a critical part in converting high-intent accounts into opportunities, engaging buying committees, and advancing deals through the funnel across Strategic, Enterprise, and Commercial segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of integrated campaigns (digital, content, email, webinars, events)
  • Focus on driving brand awareness, brand resonance, and pipeline generation.
  • Localize global campaign content and adapt it for regional markets, ensuring cultural relevance.
  • Design and deliver compelling online events and webinars that align with regional messaging.
  • Optimize email nurture strategy to convert leads and accelerate funnel progression, using Eloqua.
  • Collaborate with Content, Product Marketing, and Creative teams to ensure campaign assets are ready on time.
  • Partner with BDRs and AEs to align campaigns with key account territories, sales plays, and revenue goals.
  • Use ABX strategy to prioritize accounts, personalize outreach, and improve campaign relevance and performance.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, agency collaboration, and reporting for each campaign and campaign event activation.
  • Analyze and report campaign results with clear insights and recommendations to optimize performance and ROI.

  • Pipeline Created & Influenced (by campaign & segment).
  • MQL > SQL > Opportunity Conversion Rates.
  • Campaigns Event Registration & Attendance Rates.
  • Email Engagement (Open, CTR, CVR).
  • Account Engagement & Penetration (via 6sense & Salesforce).
  • Campaign ROI & Velocity Metrics.
  • Budget Adherence & Efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in demand generation or campaign marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS.
  • Deep understanding of the full marketing funnel, from awareness to expansion for pipeline generation and acceleration.
  • Experience with email nurture, webinars, digital campaign orchestration, and field event support.
  • Proven ability to localize global strategies into effective regional campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with Eloqua, Salesforce, 6sense, WordPress, and project management tools like Asana.
  • Highly analytical and performance-driven with a strong command of KPIs and attribution models.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a strong plus.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, BDRs, and external agencies.
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities with precision and agility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with ABM frameworks, digital content strategy, and buying group engagement.
  • Graphic and video design skills (Adobe Creative Suite), video production/editing.
  • Experience organizing small field events.
