Planning & Activation Manager, LATAM

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Planning & Activation Manager for Latin America, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  1. Leading a team of division-aligned activation marketers in the deployment, measurement, and articulation of marketing plan impact on business growth
  2. Ensuring proper processes are in place and followed to reduce cycle time and localization time ensuring programs, campaigns, and launches are executed as expected
  3. Developing direct reports while advancing the partnership and consulting with the area business teams on the ideal marketing mix for target audience conversion

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
  2. Five (5) years of combined experience in marketing, communications, agency, and/or portfolio management in a private, public, government or military environment.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  1. Masters degree business administration (MBA) focuses including marketing, communications, or general business from an accredited institution
  2. Three (3) years of cross functional and influencing global teams from various countries / cultures in a private, public, government or military environment.
  3. Skills include team player working across multiple matrices, visionary leader with practical experience in omni-channel deployment, proven experience in both end user and channel program deployment focused on B2B trade leadership

Work location:

  1. Work Your Way Eligible (Employee choice to work remote, on site, or hybrid) – Must be located in Latin America

Travel: May include up to 15% domestic/international

Relocation Assistance: Not authorized

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
