Job Summary
• This role is responsible for strategically engaging in the development, implementation and governance of e-commerce strategies to ensure online revenue targets are met. The role collaborates globally to implement innovative services and solutions to optimize the user experience on the platform to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. The role analyzes the business to proactively identify errors, root causes or areas of improvement, thereby driving process enhancement efforts and business performance. The role also manages and supervises the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Must have certification or experience on e-commerce platform back-end (Magento).
• Four-year or graduate degree in Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 4-10 years of work experience, preferably in e-commerce, project management, customer satisfaction, solution architecting, business planning, or a related field.
