Role Purpose
The HR Shift Representative is primarily responsible for providing human resources support during assigned shifts. This position ensures smooth operations by addressing employee concerns, managing disciplinary actions, supporting hourly onboarding processes, and maintaining accurate reports and metrics. The HR Shift Representative plays a critical role in fostering positive labor relations and ensuring compliance with internal policies.
