El Team Leader de KYC es responsable de manejar un equipo de Auditores de KYC, supervisando el día a día de la operación, asegurando el cumplimiento a nivel Compliance y Regulatorio; liderando al equipo a través de la debida diligencia del cliente y escalando problemas potenciales que pongan en riesgo al proceso y a la Compañía.
Asegura que se cumplan los estándares de Calidad fomentando una cultura de mejora continua dentro del Equipo.
• 3+ años de experiencia y 1 años o más en el puesto de Team Leader dentro de la misma empresa.
• Manejo del personal más de 10 personas a cargo.
• Conocimiento de términos legales relacionados con organismos reguladores de KYC para Fintech.
• Conocimiento de onboarding de cuentas nuevas (KYC) para Fintech.
• Licenciatura o preparatoria, trunca o terminada.
• Desarrollo de Reportes a nivel Dirección para entrega de resultados y proyección (forecast).
• Creación de horarios con base a capacity planning.
• Seguimiento, Cumplimiento y conocimiento de KPI's.
