Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage our strategic partnership with Telcel, Mexico's largest telecommunications company. This role is crucial in driving the success of Xiaomi's products within Telcel’s ecosystem, ensuring maximum visibility, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain a strong relationship with Telcel, acting as the primary point of contact between Xiaomi and Telcel’s key stakeholders.
  2. Lead the planning and execution of joint business plans, including sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and product launches.
  3. Drive sell-in and sell-out strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and market share objectives within Telcel.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, business intelligence) to ensure smooth operations and alignment with Telcel’s requirements.
  5. Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and recommendations.
  6. Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and maximizing profitability.
  7. Provide regular reports and updates to Xiaomi’s senior management on account performance and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, preferably within the telecommunications or technology industry.
  3. Proven track record of successfully managing large accounts and achieving sales targets.
  4. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
  7. Fluent in Spanish and English.
