Key Account Executive (Chedraui)

Job Highlights

  • Chedraui commercial link with AIG
  • EW program operational efficiency and contributing to its sustainable growth
  • Stores managers’ support and relationship with Chedraui staff
  • Prepare and monitor EW program operational development including its parametrization in systems, layouts generation, eligible items and certificates database control
  • Develop and follow-up of strategies in order to achieve Chedraui sales Budget
  • Business Analysis/control of databases: uploading, updating, conciliation and special requests. Consolidate information for monthly follow ups, reports and KPI generation.
  • Support and control for invoicing and collection flow
  • Frequent communication, meetings and follow up for Walmart stores (managers and sales force) in order to strength the knowledge of the Extended Warranty program
  • Monitor and supply POP material to the stores
  • Coordinate training stores according with Chedraui requirements
  • Propose improvements to operational processes established to EW program (for Chedraui and AIG)

Job Summary

100% of the time working on business administration and developing commercial strategies. Walmart requires to assist to their facilities twice a week. One day of the week have to visit stores.
