The objective of this position is to open, lead and develop key account customers in eComm for OSRAM automotive & ACE products. Develop Joint Business Plans (JBP) with eComm customers in line with brand strategies. Perform ORI analysis and promotion plan optimization for KAM eComm channel. Drive sales growth through MKT investments, promotional activities and customer collaborations. Execute customer initiatives, from planning to evaluation with excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Management and relationship with eCommerce accounts especially with Amazon, analysis of statistics, sales objectives, needs, data and key reports for business development.
  • Customer prospecting and evaluation for OSRAM brand and portfolio exposure in the eCommerce channel.
  • Development of new projects and businesses with the aim of strengthening OSRAM's participation in new market trends in the e-commerce environment.
  • Supervision and monitoring of sales results in the eCommerce channel in Mexico, managing collection recovery and maintaining account cleanliness.
  • Coordination and management of official eCommerce pages, especially Amazon, including their maintenance and development.
  • Planning sales goals and managing the marketing budget between OSRAM, Amazon, and eCommerce accounts.
  • Development, implementation and control of pricing and service policy for the Online / eCommerce channel.
  • Generate content for the Online channel, including product images, descriptions, and web tags for OSRAM brand positioning.
  • Monthly report of results and KPIs of the eCommerce channel in Mexico.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor´s degree in Business Management, Marketing or relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in eCommerce, within online platforms, with experience in online customer prospecting.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, Power Point, SAP, BW, and eCommerce vendor marketplace platforms.
  • High-level negotiation skills, excellent communication, and agility in discussing tenders and deal terms to reach win-win situations.
  • Problem solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-changing environment, with teamwork both in-person and virtually.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
