Responsibilities

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior HW Asset Data Management Analyst to join our team. This entry-level role involves supporting inventory management, collaborating with various teams, and generating reports and dashboards. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in asset management and data accuracy.

Your Impact:

As CTO Analyst your functions would consist of:

  1. Assist in partnering with HCL to establish a standard operational model for asset management lifecycle tracking, including metrics for onboarding, updates, and offboarding of all asset records.
  2. Support the configuration team, HCL, and I&O team in mitigating data accuracy deviations identified by CMDB health rules.
  3. Collaborate with I&O, delivery teams, sectors, and vendors to ensure a standardized operational model for asset management lifecycle, addressing data accuracy deviations.
  4. Help coordinate with hardware manufacturers and HCL to reconcile data between CMDB/AMDB and manufacturers' records (e.g., Cisco, Aruba, Arista, Cradlepoint).
  5. Reports and Dashboards:
  6. Act as a support to the Source Owner with the Data & Analytics team to manage database views and reports (add, update, or remove).
  7. Assist in generating reports and dashboards with hardware asset information to support S&T transformation and operations.
  8. Collaborate with TBM to generate financial reports for the S&T Leadership team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
