Team Overview

As a Junior Designer you will support the Senior Copywriter, the Design Senior Manager, and the broader marketing team. A background in Industrial Design for BTL marketing experiences is highly preferred. In this role, you will be half your time involved in the design of digital assets for our fintech marketing campaigns, delivering a variety of creative assets from in-app ecosystems to social media graphics, website elements, email templates, and advertisements. The rest of the time you will be focused on conceptualizing and designing high impact stands, experiences, and offline POS materials for bringing to life our brand campaigns, stunts, guerrilla activations if needed. This is an exciting opportunity to expand your design skills in a rapidly evolving fintech environment.

Role Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Senior Copywriter and working closely with the Design Senior Manager, and the Design Project Manager by designing visually compelling digital assets for various platforms (in-app, websites, social media, email campaigns, landing pages, etc.), as well as POS (point of sale) materials like packaging, promotional assets, stands, product displays, and branding materials for our BTL marketing efforts.
  • Creating design elements that align with our brand identity and communicate our messaging clearly and effectively.
  • Assisting in the layout and design of marketing materials, including but not limited to infographics, banners, display ads, presentations, and BTL activations.
  • Working with copy and design teams to ensure cohesive and visually appealing content across all channels.
  • Collaborating with other designers and stakeholders to ensure consistency and quality across all design assets.
  • Taking feedback and revisions to improve design iterations and meet project requirements.
  • Helping to maintain and organize design files, assets, and templates for future use.
  • Continuously learning and staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, particularly in the fintech and digital marketing space.

Role Qualifications

  • +3 years of experience in Graphic Design at a company or agency, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your creative skills and design work (freelance projects are welcome, but we want to see experience working with brands).
  • +2 years of experience in Industrial Design with a strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to work on both physical and digital creative assets (freelance or company/agency experience is welcome).
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), relevant experience working with design software like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and familiarity with other design tools (Sketch).
  • An understanding of digital design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and user experience (UX) basics.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills with an eagerness to collaborate with cross-functional teams and take constructive feedback.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, marketers, and copywriters.
  • Knowledge or growing interest in fintech or digital marketing is a plus.
