What does the job involve?
Responsável por garantir a operação segura e eficiente dos equipamentos utilizados nos processos de produção de energia. Esse trabalho envolve operar, manter e reparar equipamentos como motores, geradores e painéis de controle. Realizar inspeções regulares e manutenção rotineira para garantir que os equipamentos estejam funcionando de forma segura e eficiente. Quando surgirem problemas, identificar e diagnosticar a causa, além de coordenar os reparos com a equipe de manutenção para minimizar o tempo de inatividade.
Você utiliza seu conhecimento em uma área específica para executar tarefas com impacto ou risco operacional de curto prazo. Conclui seu trabalho de forma independente, seja com orientação ou seguindo diretrizes e procedimentos bem definidos, a fim de alcançar metas estabelecidas por outros que impactam diretamente sua equipe. Você se comunica de forma eficaz, compartilhando informações, práticas e políticas com sua equipe imediata e, ocasionalmente, com partes externas.
