Are you a skilled Java Spring Boot developer with 6+ years of experience in architecture and design? Do you have expertise in MySQL, MongoDB, and RESTful APIs? We’re looking for a Lead Java Spring Boot Engineer to join our growing team in Mexico City (Santa Fe). This is a hybrid position with 3 days on-site and 2 days home office.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development and design of scalable, high-performance applications using Java Spring Boot.
2. Architect and implement solutions with MySQL and MongoDB databases.
3. Design and develop robust RESTful APIs for seamless integration.
4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive technical solutions and deliver quality software.
5. Provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering best practices in design, coding, and architecture.

What We’re Looking For:

1. 6+ years of experience in Java Spring Boot development.
2. Strong expertise in architecting and designing applications.
3. Proficiency in MySQL and MongoDB database management.
4. Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs design and development.
5. Fully bilingual (English and Spanish).
6. Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
7. Self-driven with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
