You will be responsible to service North America Surety clients with International Surety needs. It includes timely and accurate handling of client/broker requests and inquiries and coordination through the lifecycle. In particular, your responsibilities will include the following:
Credit & Surety Operations is an emerging team transforming into a trusted partner, closely collaborating with the global Surety business teams. We strive for high customer satisfaction and help the business to achieve its profitable growth aspiration. Our team is spread across many locations in Europe, Asia Pacific, as well as North and Latin America. As part of the International Surety transformation project, we are implementing a new International Surety Model with new roles and responsibilities, standardizing and improving processes. As a part of this model, we are also extending our international surety partner network.
You are aware of the importance of clients, understand their needs and work with them to meet or exceed their expectations. You like to take personal ownership for your day-to-day responsibilities, do not need close supervision, and are able to set the right priorities in the context of the business. You are a true team player, are passionate about sharing your expertise and helping others to grow. Building and maintaining effective working relationships internally, externally, and with peers is easy for you.
Completed commercial education preferably banking specialist or bachelor degree in economics or law. Associates Degree or job experience equivalent.
