MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

• Lead and coordinate International Logistics Network for Ice Cream business
• Effective communication skills with global and regional stakeholders (MX, EU, DR, BRA, UK, GERM, CH)
• Collaborate with Strategic Logistics team evaluating projects and finding cost opportunities to enhance the international logistics network
• Identify risks and opportunities to improve the international logistics network, implementing action plans to optimize time and reduce logistics costs
• Be the link between global procurement and logistics teams to guarantee service, solve logistics issues, and anticipate contact/tax risks
• Be the key contact with the global procurement team for reviewing and following up on all matters related to annual bidding, compliance contracts, performance of the carriers, and new launching annual tenders
• Lead communication between imports and exports players to optimize the network
• Deliver 100% OTIF for Imports/Exports and the service level agreement with planning
• Continuous improvement and standardization of processes for the international logistics network considering EU, BR, GER, DR, UK, and China as main partners

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION?

Experience

Experience managing international logistics through 3PL and carriers. Strong analytical skills to improve the international network, enhance costs, and possess negotiation skills, proactivity, and leadership to anticipate risks and opportunities.

Hard Skills

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, International Logistics, Business Administration, or similar
• 5 to 7 years in international logistics or managing logistics network through carriers and 3PLs
• Excel, P&L analysis
• Develop business cases to improve cost and time in an international logistics network
• High communication and negotiation skills
• Management of multiple projects and operations
• Fluent written and verbal English communication
