We are hiring an Intern/Student Accounting, who will support our Shared Services Center in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon. In this team you will have the opportunity to learn about administrative and accounting tasks in a global team.

What to expect as an Accounting Intern:

1. Accounts Payable Vendor Invoices Data entry with different currencies
2. Analysis and resolution of Accounts Payable invoice problems
3. Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable balance reconciliations, including Intercompany transactions
4. Customer's Collection
5. Run Reports of Past Due Customers/Vendors
6. Creation of third-party customer invoices, credit memos and customer statements
7. Verification and application of customer payments
8. Assist in Accounting month end close process
9. Maintain excellent relationships with third-party customers and with our ZF operating units

Your profile as an Accounting Intern:

1. Current Student in Accounting, Business Administration degree or other related fields.
2. Experience not required.
3. Strong computer, analytical problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
4. Very good computer skills using MS Office; knowledge in SAP system would be a plus.
5. Preferred with 50-70% Bilingual English/Spanish.
