We are seeking a highly motivated Integrated Insights & Strategy Analyst to join our team and support data-driven decision-making. In this role, you will analyze market trends, sales data, and business performance metrics to generate insights that drive strategic initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, finance, and research, to support business growth and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collect, analyze, and interpret pharmaceutical market data to provide actionable insights.
2. Develop reports and dashboards using analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
3. Support forecasting, sales performance analysis, and competitive intelligence initiatives.
4. Assist in identifying key trends in healthcare and pharmaceutical markets.
5. Work with internal teams to optimize business strategies based on data findings.
6. Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders through presentations and reports.
7. Ensure data accuracy and integrity while working with large datasets.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
4. Knowledge of SQL or Python, as well as DataIku or related.
5. Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into business insights.
6. Strong communication and presentation skills.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
