We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Specialist I to join our diverse and dynamic team. As an Inside Sales Specialist I at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales efforts, driving revenue growth, and fostering relationships with clients.

What you will be doing

1. Proactively identifying and pursuing sales opportunities within assigned territories or accounts.
2. Engaging with potential clients to understand their needs, provide product information, and offer solutions tailored to their requirements.
3. Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
4. Managing sales pipelines, tracking leads, and updating CRM systems to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
5. Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.

Your profile

1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or life sciences industry.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
4. Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
